Angus Gunn's Transfer: Impact on Earthquakes Betting Lines

The San Jose Earthquakes have signed goalkeeper Angus Gunn on a free transfer from Nottingham Forest, marking a significant addition to their roster as they look to strengthen their squad for the remainder of the Major League Soccer season. Gunn, who has international experience with the Scottish national team and recently played in the World Cup, brings a wealth of knowledge that could influence the team's performance on the field.

With the Earthquakes now expected to trade their current no. 1 goalkeeper, Daniel, to FC Dallas, this move introduces a shift in the team's dynamics. Daniel has been a solid performer, achieving five clean sheets this season and contributing to the Earthquakes' ranking as having the fifth-best defense in the league. Bettors should take note of how this change in goalkeeping personnel might affect the team's defensive stability and overall performance in upcoming matches, especially as Gunn integrates into the squad.
